3. Prepaid Orders

If you have prepaid for services:

• Before Fulfillment: If you cancel before the order is fulfilled in accordance with our cancellation policy, we may refund the amount paid minus any administrative fee, at our discretion.
• After Fulfillment: Once products or services have been delivered, the amount is typically non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. We will work with you to resolve issues where possible.
